PHILOSOPHY
We have a thinking pattern that shapes us. That pattern is our philosophy. This philosophy is what determines, shapes and guides every decision and way of doing ministry for us.
CONTEMPORARY
This is defined as: “belonging or occurring in the present”. This isn’t a style but a way of thinking that guides everything from the office, to services, to organization, to staff.
RELEVANT
We want to add value to the lives of people and help them live for God every day. Teaching, worship, groups and opportunities are all there to help take the principles of God’s Word and put real life handles on them.
RELATIONAL
Our greatest need in life is a relational need. Jesus lived and died because our relationship with God needed a bridge. At Life Fellowship, relationships are at center of everything we do. From our Life Groups, to our serving opportunities, in the NEXT:GEN Ministry and even the weekend experiences, we want to help fill the relational needs we all have: the relational need for God and for people.
AUTHENTIC
We are who we are. From how we dress, the way that we talk, in our relationships, on stage or not, we are who we are. We believe Jesus was who he was, did ministry how he did ministry and was totally authentic. That’s our desire at all times.
FOCUSED
We don’t do everything… and we won’t, because we can’t. We simply do these things because they are what we believe God has called us to do.
